Discover America with American Cruise Lines Record-Breaking 60-Day Voyage

American Cruise Lines has announced its longest-ever domestic cruise itinerary, The Great United States, a 60-day adventure exploring 20 states across all four time zones in the continental U.S. This unique journey will highlight America's living history as passengers sail from the Pacific Coast to the Atlantic, cruising along four major rivers and picturesque coastlines.

The inaugural Great United States voyage is set to depart on August 14, 2024, and conclude on October 14, 2024. Bookings are now open, with prices ranging from $51,060 to $77,945 per person, depending on stateroom selection. A deposit of $5,000 per person is required upon reservation.

This epic journey will retrace the footsteps of Lewis & Clark along the Columbia and Snake Rivers, explore the Mississippi River alongside the stories of Mark Twain and Elvis, navigate the Hudson River during the peak of fall foliage, and experience the refreshing sea air of New England's coastlines. The voyage will culminate with a memorable viewing of the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor.

American Cruise Lines President and CEO Charles B. Robertson stated that this unprecedented River Cruise is a fantastic showcase of the United States and the capabilities of American Cruise Lines. No cruise of this magnitude has ever been attempted in the U.S. before, and American Cruise Lines is uniquely positioned to deliver it successfully.

Guests will sail aboard some of the country's newest ships: American Jazz, American Symphony, and American Independence. Each vessel is designed with spacious staterooms and suites, private balconies, restaurants, cafes, lounges, and wide-open top decks for unobstructed views of the passing scenery.

American Cruise Lines' dedicated river travel team will fully curate every aspect of the experience to ensure guests enjoy a truly unforgettable and record-breaking voyage across the United States.
