JetBlue Introduces Revamped TrueBlue Loyalty Program, Offering Travelers Greater Flexibility and Unique Perks

In travel news for May 12th, 2023 we talk about JetBlue recent launch of their newly overhauled loyalty program, TrueBlue

JetBlue Airways has announced the launch of a revamped loyalty program, TrueBlue, designed to offer its customers an enhanced travel experience. With its focus on ease and flexibility, the new TrueBlue program aims to make it simpler for travelers to achieve their goals and enjoy a wide range of perks.

JetBlue's head of marketing and loyalty, Jayne O'Brien, expressed excitement about the new program, emphasizing the company's commitment to providing innovative services and products at low fares. The TrueBlue program's launch comes at a time when JetBlue is preparing to expand and enhance its travel offerings for customers.

The airline has streamlined its loyalty program by consolidating all old brand names, such as True Blue and Mosaic, under the TrueBlue umbrella. The new system revolves around accumulating "tiles," which travelers can earn through various interactions with JetBlue, JetBlue Vacations, and Paisly by JetBlue, as well as through American Airlines flights and JetBlue credit cards.

Christopher Buckner, vice president of loyalty and partnerships at JetBlue, highlighted the unique, customer-first approach of the new TrueBlue program. By offering more ways to earn perks and status, TrueBlue is redefining the traditional loyalty program experience.

Andres Barry, president of JetBlue Travel Products, noted the seamless integration of travel sites Paisly.com and JetBlue Vacations into the TrueBlue program, allowing members to earn rewards throughout their journey, including flights, car rentals, activities, and hotel packages.

For the first time, TrueBlue members can customize their experience with the "Perks You Pick" feature. After earning only 10 tiles, travelers can choose a reward from a new menu of options. As members continue to accumulate tiles, they can unlock more perks, with Mosaic status attainable at 50 tiles.

JetBlue's revamped TrueBlue loyalty program demonstrates a dedication to providing travelers with more choices, flexibility, and rewards. By simplifying the process and offering unique perks, TrueBlue is poised to become a popular choice for frequent flyers seeking a personalized and rewarding travel experience.
