Silversea Cruises' Unprecedented Voyage in 2026: A World Cruise Like No Other

In a groundbreaking move, Silversea Cruises is set to offer the most varied and immersive journey in its history with a World Cruise in 2026. "The Curious and the Sea" is a 140-day sailing experience that will depart from Fort Lauderdale on January 6, 2026. The extraordinary voyage will span 70 destinations across 37 countries, making it the most comprehensive world cruise ever hosted by Silversea.

This exceptional journey aboard the Silver Dawn will first explore the wonders of Central America before passing through the marvel that is the Panama Canal. From there, the ship will voyage to the distinctive landscapes of South America, with stops at captivating locales like Easter Island, French Polynesia, and the islands of the South Pacific. After painting a rich tapestry of Pacific experiences, the voyage continues to New Zealand and Australia, where the vibrant cultures and stunning scenery offer an unparalleled feast for the senses.

As the journey unfolds, the Silver Dawn will also grace the shores of Southeast Asia, Sri Lanka, and India, offering a unique blend of diverse cultures, ancient traditions, and remarkable landscapes. The route will then traverse the Suez Canal, marking a gateway to the Mediterranean's history-rich ports and azure waters.

The Cruise is set to culminate in Lisbon on May 27, 2026, ending a one-of-a-kind voyage around the world that redefines luxury cruising.

Of the 70 stops on this ambitious itinerary, 26 are either completely novel for Silversea or have not been part of their circuits since 2020. Additionally, the Cruise includes nine overnight stays, allowing travelers to deeply immerse themselves in the unique atmospheres of these selected destinations.

Furthermore, passengers are offered the choice to engage in fascinating overland Tours in Uzbekistan, Luxor, and the Balkans, fostering an even richer understanding of these cultural hubs.

The World Cruise will become available to members of the line’s Venetian Society from June 14, while general sales will begin on June 22.

Silversea Cruises' executive team expresses their excitement about this historic venture. They highlight that this World Cruise will bring together the most enriching experiences across six continents and 70 destinations. They stress that "The Curious and the Sea" signifies their dedication to unlocking the most immersive travel experiences for guests, further enhancing the grandeur of ultra-luxury cruising.

Inviting guests to witness the planet's beauty through fresh eyes, Silversea Cruises offers a voyage that celebrates the rich history of navigation. This monumental journey aims to cater to the innate curiosity of travelers, fostering a renewed appreciation for the world's myriad wonders.

Eager anticipation surrounds this historic sailing, with Silversea ready to welcome their extended family aboard the Silver Dawn for a Cruise that promises to be nothing short of extraordinary.
