Emerald Cruises Sets Sail for Seychelles in 2024

In travel news for September 21, 2023 we talk about Emerald Cruises new and expanded itineraries though 2026.

In a move set to stir the interest of luxury cruisers, Emerald Cruises has announced fresh itineraries that include a completely new destination: the Indian Ocean and the Seychelles. Available until April 2026, these new voyages onboard the Emerald Azzurra and Emerald Sakara promise a mix of familiar and exotic waters. Starting from April 17 2024, guests can also enjoy a free beverages package that includes a range of drinks from mocktails to champagne.

Venture to the Seychelles and Beyond

The head-turning addition in the forthcoming season is the eight-day "Tropical Charms of the Seychelles" tour aboard the Emerald Azzurra. Departing from Mahé, this oceanic journey explores the natural wonders and secluded beaches of Seychelles. The Cruise line's representative announced that the Seychelles addition marks a thrilling new chapter, effectively doubling the oceanic capacity of the Emerald Cruises fleet.

Choices Across Seas

Emerald Cruises has also expanded its range across other bodies of water including the Mediterranean, Adriatic, Red, and Caribbean seas. Travelers can look forward to an eight-day Red Sea and Gulf of Aqaba adventure aboard the Emerald Azzurra, departing on December 4 2024. Likewise, an eight-day voyage on the Croatian Coast aboard the Emerald Sakara will set sail on September 28 2024.

If Caribbean sun is more your style, consider the eight-day "Eastern Caribbean with St Barths" Cruise aboard the Emerald Sakara. The cruise is scheduled to depart on November 22, 2025, offering a mix of popular and off-the-beaten-path Caribbean destinations.

Sip and Sail

But that's not all. Beginning April 17, 2024, Emerald Cruises is upping the ante with free-of-charge beverage packages. This includes unlimited cocktails, mocktails, premium wines, champagne by the glass, bottled beer, and soft drinks. It’s a way to enhance the onboard experience, making it more inclusive and indulgent for guests.

Final Thoughts

Emerald Cruises continues to diversify its offerings by introducing not just new destinations like Seychelles, but also by enhancing onboard experiences with free beverages. With options to explore secluded ports and less-traveled harbors, these new itineraries offer a blend of luxury and adventure. Whether it's the tropical allure of the Seychelles or the historic richness of the Adriatic, Emerald Cruises has something for every kind of cruiser.
