Why you don't use forged vaccine cards, Norwegian Cruise Line welcomes a new ship, and Disneyland takes a step towards the way things were.
Canada & COVID
A cautionary story from Canada for those unvaccinated individuals that are looking to travel north of the border. Two American travelers that arrived in Toronto are being fined almost $20,000 for lying about pre-departure tests and providing fake COVID proof of vaccination documents. Travelers visiting Canada that are not fully vaccinated are required to stay for three days at a government approved hotel. Then quarantine for 14 days. Undergo testing pre-departure, post-arrival, and again eight days later. Lying about testing, quarantine, or vaccination status is a serious offense in Canada. With a maximum penalty of up to 6 months in jail and up to $750,000 in fines.

Norwegian Cruise Lines is also sending ships to Hong Kong to being sailing the Asian Pacific region starting as early as January 2022.
Disney
Disney fans rejoice! Character dining, allowing you to start your day with Mikey, Minnie, and other characters has returned to Disneyland. The Storytellers Cafe at Disneyland Grand Hotel & Spa will be the first location to offer character dining, hosting breakfast and brunch. Later in August the park will add ‘Minnie and Friends Breakfast’ at the Plaza Inn on Main Street USA. Reservations for the Plaza Inn will open soon, but no date has been given yet. Inside the park character meet-and-greets are still on hold, but visitors can interact with their favorites from a distance. Disneyland originally reopened in April to California residents only, and then later expanded to out of state visitors in June.
