United Airlines Threatens to Pull Out of JFK Airport

Airlines has issued what can only be called an ultimatum to the Federal Aviation Administration.  United has “requested” that the FAA to allow for more United flights out of New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.  Now here is where things get interesting, if the FAA doesn’t allow for more flights United is threatening to pull out of the New York airport starting in November.  JFK is one of the busiest airports on the East Coast and what United is asking for is highly sought after by every major airline.  It will be interesting to see if the FAA caves to pressure from the nations largest airline.
